How long does profhilo last?
Profhilo generally lasts 6 months if 2 treatments are given one month apart. After the initial treatments.

When do I need to have the treatment again?
We recommend coming back to see us every 6-9 months for 1 session of Profhilo to ensure you are maintaining your glow and hydration.

Is there any pre-care?
Please do not wear makeup to the clinic, if worn please remove it prior to treatment. To minimise the risk of bruising avoid blood thinning and anti-inflammatory medication such as but not limited to Aspirin, Voltarol Ibuprofen for a week before the procedure. Avoid alcohol for 24hrs prior to your treatment.

Is there anyone not eligible for this treatment?
There is no known risk associated with Profhilo. Minor skin irritations, bruising, or swelling common with injections usually disappear within a day. This treatment is not recommended for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding or people who have allergies to hyaluronic acid.
