returns policy

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on items simply unwanted/change of mind.

 

If you receive an item faulty or damaged we will be able to exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

 Our lashes are handmade, so please allow for slight differences. Please note this is not a fault as each lash hair is uniquely placed. 

To complete your return if allowed, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is liable for return costs, and it must be tracked in order to ensure the item is received by us. As we cannot be held liable if the item is lost in the post. It is the customers choice which delivery provider you choose. 

accepted refunds/exchanges

Please send photos of the item you would like to refund. Once the items are inspected and accepted, the refund will be administered to the card you paid with. The refund will return to your account within a number of days, dependant on your individual bank. 

Exchanges are only applicable to damaged items, the item will only be able to be swapped for the same item. Please email orders@artistetouch.com
